We accept conventional impressions and digital scans and offer treatment planning assistance for complex or challenging cases.
Cast Partial Denture Frameworks
Our flagship specialisation. Cast partial denture frameworks require precision engineering, clinical understanding, and expert craftsmanship — and it's what we've been doing for over 40 years.
We produce cobalt-chromium frameworks designed and manufactured to your exact specifications. Our frameworks are consistently accurate, well-finished, and built for long-term clinical performance.

Complete Dentures
We manufacture complete upper and lower dentures with an emphasis on aesthetics, function, and fit. Our technicians work closely with your prescriptions and shade guides to deliver dentures that restore confidence and comfort for your patients.

Acrylic Partial Dentures
Economical, versatile, and reliably manufactured. Our acrylic partial dentures are built for clinical longevity, with careful attention to gingival contour, occlusal registration, and aesthetic integration.
Implant-Supported Removable Prosthetics
We manufacture a range of implant-supported removable prosthetic appliances, including bar-retained and locator-retained overdentures. We work closely with prescribing clinicians to ensure integration with the planned implant system.
Repairs & Relines
We provide repairs and relines for existing removable prostheses — including tooth additions, clasp repairs, base relines, and full-arch repairs. Turnaround is a priority for repair cases.
Thermoformed appliances
Our thermoformed appliances are fabricated using quality materials for precise, comfortable fit. Suitable for occlusal splints, mouthguards, and bleaching trays, each appliance is manufactured in-house and finished to clinical specification.
Implant retained dentures
We manufacture implant-supported removable prosthetics including bar-retained and locator-retained overdentures. We work closely with prescribing clinicians to ensure the appliance integrates with the planned implant system and delivers long-term clinical performance.
Repairs and additions
We provide fast, reliable repairs and additions for existing removable prostheses — including tooth additions, clasp repairs, base relines, and full-arch repairs. Turnaround is prioritised for repair cases to minimise disruption to your patients.
Flexible Partial Dentures
For patients requiring a metal-free, hypoallergenic solution, we offer flexible partial dentures in high-quality thermoplastic materials. Ideal for patients with metal sensitivities or aesthetic concerns.
Immediate Dentures
Immediate dentures require precise pre-operative planning and laboratory coordination. Our team is experienced in managing immediate cases with the attention and timeline they demand.
Mouthguards & Occlusal Splints
Custom-fabricated mouthguards (sporting and bruxism) and occlusal splints (hard and soft), made to your impressions or scans for precision fit and long-term durability.
Casting Partial Frameworks
Cast partial denture frameworks are our core specialisation — the craft we've dedicated over 40 years to perfecting. We produce cobalt-chromium frameworks with exceptional accuracy, clean finish, and reliable fit. Complex cases and treatment planning support are available.
